Attorney Nancy Baskin brings over twenty-five years of experience in the field of family law to her clients’ cases. She graduated from Dartmouth College cum laude in 1981 and, after spending a year working for the United States Senate, attended New York University School of Law, from which she received her J.D. in 1985. While at law school, Ms. Baskin served as a member of the editorial staff and then an editor of the New York University Law Review. She is the author of an article entitled “Widgery v. United States: Probable Acquittal,” 59 New York University Law Review 1285, 1984. After two years of practicing commercial real estate in a large law firm in Manhattan, Ms. Baskin began exclusively practicing domestic relations law in 1988, first at the premier Manhattan divorce law firm now known as Aronson, Mayefsky & Sloan, LLP for approximately five years and then, upon relocating to Boston in 1993, with a Boston domestic relations firm for five years. After practicing in the domestic relations department of a large law firm for over two years, Ms. Baskin opened her own practice in Boston in March 2001.
