Amy Puliafico joined The Law Firm of Ullian and Associates, P.C. in 2013.  Amy has co-authored two books, one on divorce and the other on bankruptcy.  Amy graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 2011. While at Suffolk Law, Amy was a member of the Journal of High Technology Law.  Her article “Offshore Wind: What Steps Need to be Taken to Ensure it has a Future in America” was published by the Journal in 2011.  Prior to attending law school, Amy graduated cum laude from Boston University in 2008 with her bachelor’s degree in history.  She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Adam joined Fitzpatrick & Associates in 2017, focusing on Worker’s Compensation, Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, Employment Law, and Automobile Accidents.. He earned his Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude from New England School of Law | Boston in 2016. During his time in law school, Adam consistently made the Dean’s List, received the New England Scholar Award from 2013-2015, and was awarded with the Trustee’s Academic Scholarship from 2014-2016.. Adam gained valuable experience as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Raymond Brassard in Superior Court and as a Student Attorney at the New England Law | Boston Clinical Law Office, where he represented clients in Social Security Disability, Family Law, and Elder Planning.. Additionally, Adam studied at the National University of Ireland, Galway, where he took a course on the U.S. Supreme Court taught by the late Justice Antonin Scalia.. A senior shareholder in a firm emphasizing the defense of complex civil litigation cases and the representation of governmental entities.  Responsible for the planning and completion of all discovery; case evaluation and strategy; negotiation of settlements; the trial of both jury and non-jury matters in all courts and agencies; and appeals.  Personal caseload concentrates in the areas of governmental entity defense litigation, premises liability (including premises security matters), civil rights and employment litigation, products liability, First Amendment, consumer protection and auto cases, and housing discrimination.  Also responsible for advising various governmental entities on the full range of issues typically faced including employment, open meeting issues/public records issues, contracting and regulatory compliance.   Regularly handle construction cases and insurance coverage matters, as well as toxic tort litigation.  Individual cases handled have ranged in size from major civil rights - class action suits and catastrophic personal injury cases and wrongful death claims to generic premises liability or routine auto matters.  Supervise associates in all aspects of their training.  Tried approximately 70+ cases, including matters in federal courts and state courts throughout New England, and before various administrative agencies, and have handled 25 appellate matters.
