Since that time, Chris has established his practice primarily in business law, including the areas of business entity formation, contracts, real estate, water law and administrative law. Chris provides counsel on corporate liability, incorporation laws, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, limited liability company operating agreements and other issues related to the creation, maintenance and transfer of business entities. A Nevada native and a graduate of the University of Nevada, Chris returned to the Silver State upon graduation from the University of Idaho School of Law in 1993.
