Dennis is currently Chief Deputy Attorney General in the Nevada Attorney General's Office responsible for legal services to the Nevada Departments of the Transportation, Public Safety and Motor Vehicles. In this role Dennis oversees over twenty professionals.  Previously he practiced law and consulted companies involved in the gaming industry. Dennis also practiced law with the Schreck-Morris firm in Las Vegas. Dennis was also General Counsel and Secretary to Powerhouse Technologies (f/k/a Video Lottery Technologies, Inc.) where he was the Chief Legal Officer for a publicly traded corporation whose primary subsidiaries manufactured gaming and video lottery devices and operated on-line lottery systems for governments.
