My name is Pressley and I am a trial lawyer. The only thing I am before that is a father of my two sons.  I have worked hard to live authentically in all aspects of my life. I always try to grow and learn. This has been true in my lawyering as well as my personal life – they are, in many ways, one in the same – because I am who I am, whether at home, meeting with clients, or in the courtroom.

I grew up in rural Jo Daviess County, Illinois.  After graduating from Buena Vista University in 2007, I went to the University of Kentucky where I recieved my law degree in 2010.  After law school, I moved to Nashville, TN.  In Nashville, I practiced criminal defense and environmental protection.  I also worked as an artist manager while also pursuing a career as a singer/songwriter.  I moved home and joined Reynolds & Kenline in 2016.. As a musician and attorney, I enjoy being in front of a crowd.  I am prepared to present your case to a jury.

Born in Pontiac, Illinois, John Riccolo was educated at the University of Notre Dame, where he worked his way through school as an athletic trainer.. John continued his education at John Marshall Law School in Chicago, where he graduated with honors in 1977. After law school, John and his wife, Diane, moved to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where they have lived for over 30 years.. During that time, John and Diane raised three daughters, Jennifer, Erin, and Megan.. Much of John’s community service has involved Cedar Rapids Washington, the high school attended by his daughters. In his free time, John enjoys playing tennis, golfing, skiing, and going to Fighting Irish football games.. John has devoted his legal career to helping individuals and families who have been devastated by serious injury or medical error.
