He is admitted to practice in both the State of Colorado and the State of Florida, and practices in other states with associated counsel on apro hac vice basis. Mr. Antolinez has also been admitted to practice in Federal Court, including both the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the United States Supreme Court. In Federal Court, Mr. Antolinez handles HAGUE convention cases, International Child Abduction and Remedies Act (ICARA) matters and International Divorce and Custody disputes.

Managing Attorney Todd R. Wagner obtained his law degree from Northern Illinois University in 2001 after which he worked for various Denver law firms. He began his bankruptcy work with clients in 2005. I have been a practicing attorney for over 20 years.  Most of my legal career has been focused on family law; however, I started my litigation experience in San Diego as a prosecutor.  I also worked as an attorney for the United Nations Mission in Kosovo and taught International Law at the University of Denver.  I converted my love of family law and international law into a practice of International Family Law.  About 30% of our practice at Frost & Beck, PC, involves an international component; 60% of our practice is domestic family law inclucing child custody and divorce, and 10% of our practice is family law appeals.  I have won appeals in the 10th Federal Circuit; Colorado Court of Appeals and California Court of Appeals. As of January 18, 2016, I have never lost an appeal.
