My law practice is located at Ponce City Market in Atlanta, Georgia. I provide concierge-level service to clients facing drug and alcohol-related offenses, including cases involving traffic, misdemeanor, and felony charges.. After receiving incredible mentorship for nine years at a renowned boutique practice in Atlanta, I opened up my own, modern practice that uses cutting-edge technologies to best serve my clients. When my client has a question, he or she wants to speak with me directly. I am the primary point of contact for my clients and I encourage regular contact on my cell phone, via text, phone or email.. Growing up with her father, Michael Schiavone, a well-known and respected criminal defense attorney in Savannah, Georgia, Ashley knew at an early age that she wanted to practice criminal law. In her second year of law school, Ashley earned the prestigious honor of clerking for the Honorable Judge William T. Moore, Chief Federal Judge of the Southern District of Georgia.  After graduating law school in May 2008, she began working as a law clerk with Head, Thomas, Webb & Willis, one of the best DUI and criminal law firms in the state of Georgia. When she passed the Georgia Bar Exam in October 2008, she accepted an associate position with the firm and  has been practicing law since then. She is honored to have worked with William Head and the other well-known partners of this firm.    She's a member of DUIDLA (DUI Defense Lawyers Association), GACDL (Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers), Georgia Defense of Drinking Drivers, State Bar of Georgia and the ABA (American Bar Association).  She has also attended several seminars dedicated to continuing education in the areas of DUI and criminal defense. In 2009, she attended an intensive seminar that qualified her as an instructor of field sobriety evaluations in accordance with NHTSA (National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration) standards. Aside from her interest in practicing law, she also likes to travel and study abroad. In the summer of 2006, she participated in a London Study Abroad program through the University of Miami Law School. For seven weeks, she lived in London and studied International Law at the University College of London. During this time, she also traveled to Paris, France, Oxford University, and several areas of Italy. In January 2012, Ashley opened up her own law firm, Schiavone Law, P.C. and is currently practicing as a solo practioner in the areas of general criminal defense (misdemeanor and felony cases), DUI, traffic law and uncontested divorce. Her annual book, "Defending DUI:  A Case Outline" is now being published by ICLEGA (The Institute for Continuing Legal Education in Georgia).
