In order to attend law school everybody has to take a test referred to as the LSAT.  Mark scored in the top 3% in the country on LSAT.  After doing well in undergrad and scoring so extremely high on the LSAT, Mark  had his pick of law schools to attend.  Mark was offered academic scholarships from several prestigious law schools.  But Mark put his family first, as his wife had just started her career as an teacher, so he entered law school at the Sandra day O’Conner College of Law at Arizona State.  Mark graduated from law school and immediately started defending people from the persecution of the government.. After being admitted to practice law, Mark worked for a local criminal defense attorney by the name of David B. Lance was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his Electrical Engineering degree from the Ira Fulton College of Engineering at Arizona State University and Juris Doctorate degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.. In 1996, he became one of the founding shareholders at his previous firm of Venable, Campillo, Logan & Meaney (now Venjuris Law).  In October 2014, after 19 years with the firm, he left to start a new practice.  Lance is a seasoned lawyer who practices in all of the major areas of intellectual property law.  He has prosecuted hundreds of patent, trademark, and copyright matters before the U.S. Patent Trademark Office. I have been a lawyer since 1981.  I have been a transactions lawyer for most of my 41 year career and was a trial lawyer for the last 30 years.  I have drafted hundreds of contracts in my transaction work and I have litigated employment and business disputes.  I was a CPA in the early 80s and practiced business transaction and securities work in Beverly Hills in the 80s.  I have a facility with financial matters and disputes.  With this trial experience and business background, I am well equipped to counsel individuals and small businesses in contract and organization matters..
