I am a litigation attorney with over 20 yeasrs proven courtroom experience.   Although not every case goes to court, you need to make sure you are picking an attorney who will go to court if that what is needed.   If you prepare to win your case, then you are in the best possible position.   If you don't prepare to win, then you are almost certainly preparing to lose.. I do teach Sunday school to 1st graders at my church.  Not only are kids funny (often unintentionally), I find that teaching little kids about faith, values and common sense makes me a better lawyer and person.  Communicating about right and wrong is what lawyers do for a living.   And at the end of the day, I think the world would be a better place if we could remember what we were taught in 1st grade---honesty, respect, responsiblity, commitment, and hard work.
