After serving as the Bankruptcy Clerk of Court, Baron was employed for two years as the attorney for the Chapter 13 Trustees for the Western District of North Carolina in the Charlotte, Wilkesboro and Shelby Divisions. In 1999, Baron was appointed to the position of Chapter 7 Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina, and he has extensive experience representing both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy cases throughout the state of North Carolina..
