His mother broke barriers as the first Black woman pediatrician in Savannah and marched alongside Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. His father's contributions include founding Atlanta's first luxury private transportation company and active involvement in key civil rights organizations. Alonzo's career is guided by these principles, focusing on social equity and empowering others through entrepreneurship. His legal journey began with a desire to protect clients from the pitfalls he experienced in business deals. This led him to found Movement Productions, LLC and McAlpine PLLC, offering personalized legal services. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in African-American Studies, Alonzo also graduated from Charlotte School of Law.
