Ryerson & Sons, Inc. arising out of a truck crash on Interstate 80.  With interest and costs assessed against Ryerson, the total amount received by the plaintiffs was Thirty-Four (34) Million Dollars which ranked as the #1 personal injury settlement in Illinois according to the Chicago Lawyer Magazine’s 2015 Annual Settlement Survey.  His most recent verdict was a medical negligence verdict in the amount of $7.8 million against a local anesthesiologist.
