Robert E. Bloch is a 1984 graduate of Northwestern University School of Law. He served two years as a field attorney for the National Labor Relations Board before entering the private practice of law.. Robert represents a broad array of private and public sector labor unions. He has extensive experience in traditional labor law practice, including single and multi-employer contract negotiations, NLRB and Illinois State Labor Board proceedings, federal and state court litigation, prevailing wage enforcement, and arbitration of discipline and labor contract disputes.
