Michael Mahoney, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He was a member of the University of Illinois Law Review and served as an editor and external round competitor of the Frederick Green Moot Court Competition. He was the recipient of the Pro Bono Notation for pro bono legal services.

Attorney Mark DeBofsky is a member of the firm as well as an adjunct professor of law at John Marshall Law School.  He has also lectured at conferences sponsored by the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and LexisNexis/Mealey's.  Many of his cases have resulted in precedent setting decisions that have been published by the federal appellate courts.. In 2008, he was nominated as a finalist for LexisNexis' Insurance Law Center Policyholder Attorney of the Year award. As a trial lawyer for nearly 30 years, I've represented and counseled Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses and individuals in a variety of commercial disputes. I represent a wide range of commercial clients including real estate developers, national franchisors, lenders, employers, contractors, insurance companies, landlords, shareholders, officers and directors, bankruptcy creditors, condominium associations and equipment leasing companies in disputes arising in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate court levels.  I also represent clients in matters before the American Arbitration Association. In addition, I have represented attorneys before the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission in matters relating to professional responsibility. ALAN J. BRINKMEIER has written numerous articles for the DuPage County Bar Association in the  DuPage County Bar Association Brief, Illinois Bar Journal, Chicago Bar Association Record and the Aviation Litigation Reporter and other publications.  He practices in the areas of aviation law, products liability, insurance, municipal liability, civil rights and appellate practice. He is a frequent lecturer as well.. Mr. Brinkmeier received his B.A. degree from Elmhurst College and his J.D. degree from DePaul University. He is a member of the Chicago, DuPage County, Illinois State and American bar associations, the Defense Research Institute and the Appellate Lawyers Association.  He was appointed and has served continuously for well over a decade as a Commissioner for the City of Elmhurst Zoning & Planning Commission. He has also served since the mid-1990s as a trustee for the Elmhurst College Board of Trustees.
