I am the owner of the Heinson Law Firm, and have represented clients in various of types of litigation and business matters, including landlord-tenant, bodily injury, construction defects, insurance coverage, and premises liability.  I also assist clients with businesses, wills, probates and a variety of "general practice" matters. I have represented clients in state and federal courts throughout Oregon and Washington, and have tried or arbitrated hundreds of cases. I am an arbitrator on court panels in several counties and serve as a volunteer mediator in Multnomah County Small Claims Court..
