Jay Milano  first spoke in court during a murder trial and has practiced at that level of intensity for 25 years. I have dedicated my practice to criminal defense.  My work is centered on major felonies including homicides and major federal offenses including terrorism defense.  I am a state public defender commisioner.  In 2010 I was awarded the Donald C.
