David was raised in a small town in Ohio with a big family.  He deeply appreciates and understands that families tend to endure obstacles together, and sought to become a lawyer who brought those familiar values into a system that is all too formulaic.  As an attorney, he most enjoys being a small part of overcoming difficulties that families and individuals face, and sharing in the peace that comes from those achievements.

Attorney Elena A. Lidrbauch focuses her practice on issues affecting persons with disabilities and elderly individuals. Her practice areas include guardianship, estate planning, Medicaid planning and probate. In addition, Elena advises individuals and attorneys on issues related to Medicare Secondary Payer compliance requirements, such as, Medicare Set Asides, Qualified Settlement Funds and resolution of Medicare/Medicaid liens.. Elena received her M.Ed. in Rehabilitation Counseling from Kent State University. She spent 12 years working in community mental health service agencies providing residential, employment and partial hospitalization services. Eventually Elena returned to school to earn her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law. Upon graduation, she joined Hickman & Lowder as an associate and, in 2005, she became a shareholder. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan, Medina County, and Ohio State Bar Associations, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP).
