When necessary, I also handle domestic and international commercial arbitration and litigation.  I regularly represent foreign clients in matters pending in the United States involving claims such as breach of contract, breach of warranty, cargo liability, fraud, rejection of non-conforming goods, and non-payment.. When I am not handling international trade issues or representing clients in disuputes, I work with clients to grow their businesses globally through strategic alliances, negotiating and preparing commercial agent agreements, distributorship agreements, joint venture agreements, off- and on-shoring agreements, as well as forming branch and subsidiary locations.. I maintain offices in Buffalo, New York on the Canadian border less than 2 hours from Toronto, and in Cleveland, Ohio, an area where many global companies were born and continue to be based.
