I started working in the Legal field as a law clerk in 1980, right after high school, and continued to do so through college and law school.  I worked as an associate in a firm and became a partner.  After a little more than six years there, I went off on my own and I've been a sole practitioner since 1994.  I have a general civil practice, with much of that being litigation, and have handled more than a dozen appeals cases.  I'd be happy to talk with you about any legal problem.  If I can't help you with it, it's likely that I will be able to refer you to someone else who can.

I am a former Cuyahoga County Assistant Prosecutor with experience defending clients charged with serious crimes in both State and Federal Court.  Communicating with my clients and aggressively defending their rights to clear their good name is essential to my practice. I have secured acquittals and dismissals of my clients' cases.
