Born and raised in Sumter, South Carolina, attorney Moses earned academic Gold Stars in his freshman year at The Citadel - The Military College of South Carolina. He transferred to Wofford College, where he graduated with honors, cum laude. After earning his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, Mr. Moses clerked for the Honorable Thomas W. Cooper, Jr., Circuit Judge of the Third Judicial Circuit.
