Victor Li is a native of the Pee Dee.  He grew up in Cheraw, South Carolina and attended Cheraw High School until his sophomore year when he was accepted to the South Carolina Governor’s School for Science and Mathematics.  Victor is an avid gamer and enjoys competing in Scrabble, Poker and Chess.. Jocelyn Newman joined Richardson Plowden in 2007 as an associate in the Columbia office. She focuses her practice in general litigation..
