Yale R. Levy graduated from The Ohio State College of Law in May, 1995, and became a licensed Ohio attorney in November, 1995.  Mr. Levy is a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar and the Ohio Federal Bar for the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Court, Southern Division and Northern District as well as the United States Tax Court.. In 2006, Mr. Levy was appointed special counsel to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office by Attorney General James Petro, and continues to serve in that capacity assisting the state of Ohio in collecting past due obligations.. While attending The Ohio State College of Law, Yale R. Levy was an Intern at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio for Judge Calhoun.. Yale R. Levy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana with a BS in Accounting in May, 1992.  He was a member of the Indiana University Honors Program as well as being a member of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Accounting Fraternity.  Mr. Levy was recognized for passing all four parts of the Accountancy Examination his first time taking the examination an accomplishment that occurs less than 10% of the time.. Yale R. The Owl represents Athena- who is the Greek goddess of wisdom, prudent warfare and guardian of people. For centuries, Athena has symbolized an astute companion and protector of those who are embarking on dangerous journeys or facing struggles.. I practice law with the goal in mind to help people when they need it the most-when they are facing legal issues.  They don’t call them “legal battles” because they are easy.. From the time we first meet until the case is resolved I will be your advocate, your companion in your journey, and will work diligently to protect your rights.  You are not alone.  I will be with you every step of the way.

I bring a passion for family law to McDaniel Law Group, and knew from my law school days that it was the only area of law in which I wanted to make a career. As a Columbus Family and Adoption Law attorney, I represent clients in a wide range of matters, including divorce, dissolution, child custody, grandparent visitation, prenuptial agreements, civil stalking/civil protection orders and all forms of adoption. I am now a Coach for Capital University Law School's Moot Court Program.. I was born and raised in Ohio and I enjoy cycling, watching college sports, and spending time with my husband, Bryce and two dogs, River and Kava.

Dave was born and raised in central Ohio and attended the Ohio State University where he earned a bachelor's degree. Mr. Frissora later received a juris doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law. Dave is admitted to practice law in Ohio and federal court in the Southern District of Ohio. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Frissora also taught college courses in civics, business law, and criminal law.
