Sabrina has over 14 years of experience as a litigation and bankruptcy attorney in New Hampshire and Florida.  Representing business and professional clients in court, she gained perspective and skills invaluable to her current transactional practice.  Sabrina works to help clients avoid unnecessary litigation by careful analysis and attention to detail from the onset.    Her shift to transactional matters derives from the satisfaction of learning about her client’s business operations, challenges and goals, and then developing legal strategies to help them succeed.. Sabrina also brings additional depth and experience to the firm’s bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice.  She represents creditors in a wide range of matters such as restructure and forbearance agreements, stay relief motions and objections to plans.  Examples of the types of creditor clients Sabrina represents are lenders, landlords, financial institutions and trade creditors.  Sabrina also frequently serves as local counsel in bankruptcy cases.. Sabrina is originally from Philadelphia and spent several years in St. Petersburg, Florida before moving to New Hampshire.  She currently serves as Co-Chair of the ABA Section of Litigation Woman Advocate Committee and is a Founding Member and Secretary of the Federal Bar Association, New Hampshire Chapter.   She has a Martindale Hubbell AV rating.  Sabrina is a passionate champion of the non-profit organization Zebra Crossings, currently holding the position of Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors.  Sabrina is a member of the Leadership Seacoast Class of 2015.
