In 1998 Rick and his family moved to the Four Corners area of Colorado where he limited his practice to real state and land use law, representation of a local nursing home and a local bank.  In 2001, he accepted a position in the trial division with the Supreme Court of Colorado Office of Attorney Regulation and moved to Denver, Colorado.  His practice consisted of prosecution of attorneys who committed various ethics rules.. After his twin daughters graduated high school in 2005, Rick and his wife, Marica, relocated to Concord, North Carolina to be close to their son and grandchildren and be back in the warm weather South.  Since establishing his practice in North Carolina, Rick concentrates on all aspects of estate administration, guardianship administration, and family law..
