Mark Bogen, with over 40 years of legal experience, is licensed to practice law in Florida and Illinois. As the managing partner of the Bogen Law Group, he focuses on representing condominium and homeowner associations of all sizes, from ten units to some of the largest in Florida. For over two decades, Mark wrote a weekly Condo and HOA column for the Sun Sentinel newspaper. Jacob Auerbach earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, where he served as a member of Nova Law Review. Mr. Auerbach practices labor and employment law and represents both employers and employees before administrative agencies and trial courts in all aspects of litigation including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, improper promotion and demotion practices, and wage and overtime issues.

I was born in Saigon, Vietnam and came briefly to the United States at the end of the Vietnam War. My family and I then spent the next 10 years living abroad among other American families.  I returned home in time for high school and attended and graduated with honors from Coral Springs High School in Coral Springs, Florida. I then attended and graduated with honors from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. For law school, I attended and graduated from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. I chose this school since it was and continues to be one of the Top 20 Ranked Law Schools in the United States. Professionally, I have worked in the field of corporate law, attorney discipline with The Florida Bar, as an assistant public defender with the Broward Public Defender's Office, as a personal injury attorney, as an attorney in a private criminal practice, as a foreclosure attorney and now in my own firm. I have gained much experience and knowledge over my 18+ years of practicing law and strive to assist all my clients to the best of my training and knowledge.

Greg handles personal injury claims, including, but not limited to, catastrophic injuries, automobile, boating and motorcycle accidents, work-related injuries, premises liability, insurance bad faith, negligent security, assaults, dog bites, medical malpractice, and products liability.  Prior to becoming an Associate, Greg had the pleasure of working as a law clerk in the office for his last two years of law school.  During that time he was able to shadow both Jeffrey and Larry, allowing him to gain valuable experience and skills, as well as begin to develop relationships with past and current clients of the firm.. Greg spent most of his life in Alpharetta, GA before returning to his “home” of Gainesville, FL to attend the University of Florida for his undergraduate degree.  At UF, Greg was a member of Alpha Epsilon Chapter of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity where he served as Treasurer in 2007 and Archon in 2008.  In his last year at UF, Greg worked as a runner for a local Personal Injury and Criminal Defense firm, the Law Offices of Jeffrey Meldon & Associates, where his passion for the law began to flourish.. After graduating from UF with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Greg continued to work at the Law Offices of Jeffrey Meldon & Associates before moving south to attend the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center on a full Goodwin scholarship awarded for academic merit.  Greg graduated from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center in May 2014 and passed the Florida Bar in September 2014.
