Rance Shaw joined The Reynolds Law Firm in 2016. His practice focuses on business law, landlord-tenant law, estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships, and general civil litigation.. Rance has become involved in several areas of the community. He is a Board Member and Treasurer for the Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis, a Rotarian, and a participant in the 2017-2018 Leadership Corvallis program. Rance educates community members on landlord-tenant matters as part of the Rental Property Management Group, which holds meetings on the last Tuesday of each month at the Corvallis Elk’s Lodge from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.. Before joining The Reynolds Law Firm, Rance attended the University of Oregon School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate with a certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law. He was a Bowerman Fellow and an Environmental and Natural Resources Law Fellow. He graduated from Boise State University cum laude with a BS in Chemistry, American Chemical Society Certified Biochemistry Emphasis.. Rance enjoys hiking, camping, paddle boarding, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife, Daniela, and rabbit, Ruther Bader Ginsbun.

Hunking worked as a law clerk for the Oregon Army National Guard Office of the staff Judge Advocate as well as at Heilig, Misfeldt & Armstrong in Corvallis. Joshua is a second generation attorney and loves the practice of law because it gives him the opportunity to help people.. He earned his B.S. in political science from Oregon State University prior to earning his law degree from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon. He is active in the local community currently serving as the Chapter Advisor for the Acacia Fraternity and additionally as the Communications Director of the Linn-Benton Bar Association. He is retired from the Oregon Army National Guard after 20 years of service. In his free time he enjoys playing fantasy football, and keeping up on Beaver sports.
