Prior to founding Winter LLP in 2008, Todd served as General Counsel to Kittrich Corporation at its headquarters in Southern California.  Kittrich is a consumer-products company with offices located throughout the U.S. and overseas.  While there he managed a trademark and patent portfolio that included over 200 trademarks and patents and stretched across 85 countries around the world.. In addition to his previous role at Kittrich Corporation, Mr. Winter worked as an associate attorney at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP in their Newport Beach office, where he concentrated on business litigation and business transactions, including complex construction litigation, products liability, contract disputes, copyright and trademark litigation and corporate transactions.. Todd earned his B.A. in Economics, with Minors in Japanese and Marketing from the University of Iowa in 1993.  Shortly thereafter he started his first career in the high-tech software/hardware industry.  During the mid-90’s, he worked for three international (Israel, UK and Belgium) software and hardware manufacturing companies concentrated in the printing and packaging industry.  He continued working in this capacity prior to and during law school at Chapman University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. in December 2003.. While at Chapman Law, Todd focused on business and international law, receiving certificates in 2002 from the University of San Diego School of Law for his studies in Barcelona, Spain on International and Comparative Law; and in 2003 from the University of Santa Clara School of Law for his studies in Tokyo, Japan on International Intellectual Property Law.  Also in 2003, Mr. Winter worked for a Vietnamese law firm, VILAF – Hong Duc, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where he focused on foreign business investment in Vietnam.. In addition to his international focus, Todd received an Excellence for the Future Award at Chapman Law for earning top honors in Entertainment Law.  He was also a member of the Mock Trial Board and Negotiations team and clerked for the Honorable James J. Di Cesare, in Orange County.. Mr. Winter was admitted to the California Bar in June of 2004 and is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California.  Todd was also admitted to the Arizona Bar in May of 2005 and is currently licensed to practice before all courts in the State of Arizona.

Ms. Coleman completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Irvine with a B.A. in Political Science. She went on to earn her J.D. from Whittier Law School with a focus on children’s rights and advocacy. Ms. Coleman served as a volunteer at Whittier Law School’s Child Advocacy Clinic, interned for Orange County Counsel.. Ms. Coleman is now in her third year of practice, and she handles medical malpractice defense cases, with a focus on birth injury and elder abuse.

Mark has extensive experience as a litigator and has worked on numerous multi-national antitrust matters. In his years of practice he has developed a reputation as a keen legal mind and an aggressive advocate of his clients. Prior to joining Do & Desouza, Mark worked at a large international law firm where he focused on commercial litigation and antitrust matters.. Mark is committed to public service and has taken several pro bono cases to help low-income clients. He has also volunteered his time with the Orange County Public Law Center to help those in need who cannot afford legal help.. Mark attended the University of California, Irvine, where he received his B.A. with honors. He then pursued his law degree at the Northwestern University School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Northwestern University Law Review. While in law school, Mark worked in an International Human Rights Legal Clinic.

Joseph Ursic was born and raised in Southern California. Joseph completed his undergraduate degree at the University of San Francisco. During law school, Joseph was a competing member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team, a Judicial Law Clerk for the Long Beach Superior Court, and completed a two-year externship with a national complex litigation firm. Joseph graduated from Whittier Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property and was admitted to the California Bar in 2014. He represents clients in all aspects of Business Law and Real Estate.. Joseph enjoys traveling, cars, and live music. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Whittier Law School Alumni Association and serves on several committees for the Orange County Bar Association.

Brett H. Ramsaur concentrates his practice on bankruptcy, creditors' rights and commercial collections. He primarily represents creditors in collecting commercial debts and enforcing judgments in both state and federal court throughout California and Washington, in addition to counseling debtors and creditors in all facets of bankruptcy cases.
