Ali Tehrani focuses his practice on eminent domain and other real property litigation.  Mr. Tehrani represents private landowners, business owners, and public agencies in various phases of eminent domain litigation.. Prior to joining Murphy & Evertz, Mr. Tehrani clerked with the Writs and Appeals Division of the Orange County Public Defender’s Office, where he drafted motions, writs, and memoranda on an array of legal issues.  Mr. Tehrani also gained business litigation experience while clerking for a large law firm in Los Angeles.. Mr. Tehrani earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine and his law degree from the UCLA School of Law.  During law school, Mr. Tehrani served as the Chief Comments Editor for the Journal of Islamic and Near Eastern Law.
