He received his law degree from U.C.L.A. School of Law in 1992 where he received an American Jurisprudence Prize Award. Mr. Winer served as an extern to the Hon. William A. Ingram, Chief Judge of the United State District Court for the Northern District of California located in San Jose, California. Mr. Winer resides in Palo Alto, California with his wife and two children. He is an active member of the local community, where he volunteers his time for local charitable and social organizations, and enjoys coaching his children’s baseball and basketball league teams.
