Shari Lee Sugarman graduated from Touro Law School, cum laude, in 1997. Having worked for several larger firms on Long Island after graduation, Ms. Sugarman choose to open her own firm in 2005 so she could be with her young son. Sugarman Law PC now has several employees and focuses on real estate matters (including sales, purchases, lenders, landlord/tenant, twon violations, etc.), business law, estate planning and probate/estate administration.  We also have a foreclosure defense/mortgage modification department to assist homeowners facing difficult choices concerning their homes.. Ms. Sugarman is very active with the Suffolk County Women's Bar Association, having been the President of the organization on two separate occasions (2011/12 & 2019/20). Recognizing the need to give back to the community, she  served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Suffolk for eight years, and actively participates with the Suffolk County Bar Association's High School Mock Trial Competitions.
