He advises clients on a wide variety of business topics including: business formation, transactions, employment matters, consolidations, non competition agreements, mergers and acquisitions, planning and operational legal problems, distribution, franchising, dealerships, import/export issues and general environmental matters. He also counsels clients in negotiation and resolution of disputes, including, all phases of litigation.. Craig is licensed to practice in Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States Tax Court, and is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.
