I represent debtors in bankruptcy under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 throughout South Florida.  I was admitted to the Florida Bar in May, 2003 and I have practiced bankruptcy law almost exclusively since 2005.  Before starting my own practice in 2012, I gained extensive experience representing debtors in bankruptcy during more than six years working for some of the highest volume consumer-debtor bankruptcy firms in South Florida.  I have been involved in thousands of bankruptcy cases and I have handled cases under Chapters 7 and 13 in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.  I am a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law and a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.  I was born and raised in Miami, attended Chaminade-Madonna Catholic High School in Hollywood, Florida and I speak Spanish.

Antonio is a New Jersey native that has lived in South Florida for over ten years. He graduated from Florida International University with a degree in International Business, and then graduated Cum Laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2012. Antonio began his legal career serving the community working as an Assistant State Attorney for Miami Dade County. Throughout his time as a prosecutor, Antonio had numerous trials to verdict as lead counsel.. After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Antonio worked for both small and large law firms in the areas of Insurance Defense, Collections, Consumer Finance Litigation, Criminal Defense, and Medical Malpractice Defense. Antonio has also worked as in house counsel for auto insurance companies in the field of PIP Litigation.
