In 1971, Jim received a scholarship to attend and play golf for the University of Pennsylvania. There, he completed their pre-law program and was accepted to Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law. After graduating law school, Jim passed the BAR exam and was licensed to practice in PA, NJ and DE. After three years at a small Philadelphia law firm specializing in worker's compensation, Jim started Steiner, Segal & Muller, LC. with Eric Segal and Brian Steiner.
