I am also a Referee of Conciliation Court in Hennepin County. I am the Vice-Chair of Beyond the Yellow Ribbon of Chanhassen Minnesota. I was a plaintiff in the U.S. Supreme Court Case of Milavetz, Gallop and Milavetz P.A v. The United States. Our firm challenged portions of the Bankruptcy Reform Act on First Amendment grounds.
