Upon a completion of his military service, Mr. Hoskins accepted a position as an associate with the Baltimore law firm of Goodell, DeVries, Leech & Gray where he concentrated on civil litigation involving products liability, commercial, toxic tort, and insurance coverage matters.  His experience in sophisticated product liability litigation included participating in the defense of the manufacturer of an allegedly defective mechanical heart valve.. Mr. Hoskins joined the Law Offices of Peter G.
