However, we also engage in estate planning for the average folk. Contrary to popular belief, you do not need to be rich in order to need estate planning.  Estate planning is a fancy term for protecting your heirs from having to go through the probate process. Anyone who owns real estate needs this, whether it is paid for or not.. Our first Values Statement is People are more important than money.  Do we have to charge for legal work?
