I have had success applying an "outside-of-the-box" approach to complex legal problems.  In one recent example of this, my firm and I were able to successfully survive a statute of limitations motion to dismiss on grounds that our plaintiff client's claims accrued some fifteen years prior to the time he filed suit.  The key was a creative approach to interpreting governing trust language.. Claudia Lagos began her legal career at the Committee for Public Counsel Services, where she worked for two years.
