Adam is the only attorney in western Wisconsin to focus his entire practice on the defense of OWI/DUI charges.He has been invited to provide training on OWI/DUI litigation to national audiences through the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), as well as to statewide audiences at the Wisconsin OWI Defense Seminar and the State Public Defender Trial Skills Academy. He also serves as the Wisconsin state delegate to the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD). An authority on Wisconsin OWI/DUI laws, he has published related articles in the Wisconsin Law Journal in 2016 and 2017. He has twice completed the intensive curriculum in OWI/DUI defense at the National College for DUI Defense, held at Harvard Law School. Each year since 2018, he was selected as a SuperLawyers Rising Star, a distinction awarded only to 2.5% of lawyers in the State of Wisconsin..
