The term "property law" includes real estate, title issues, landlord/tenant law, commercial issues, oil & gas, and homeowner's association (HOA) law. My practice consists primarily of representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases.  Heim Law Firm was established to provide presonal, aggressive, and professional representation for my personal injury and business clients.  I take pride in the fact that I directly handle each case.  The case is not shuffled off to a paralegal or legal secretary as happens in many firms.  While I understand that no amount of money can truly compensate a victim for their injuries, I am committed to fighting for my clients to recover the compensation they deserve.

Mrs. Manning received her undergraduate degree in Criminology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Oklahoma. She studied Spanish at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico. Mrs. Manning went on to receive her Juris Doctorate Degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law.. Mrs. Manning is admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Courts and the Western and Eastern District Courts of Oklahoma.. Mrs. Manning’s professional affiliations include the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Oklahoma Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, and William J.
