Cheryl Farrish is an attorney with the Certa Law Group, P.C. in Seattle, where her practice focuses exclusively on representing injured individuals.  She handles a wide range of injury cases, from automobile accidents to complex construction injury cases.  Cheryl was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii.  As with many Hawaii natives, she was raised in a diverse family that includes Filipino, Scottish, Irish, and Native Hawaiian ancestry.  She relocated to Seattle in 1998 to attend Seattle University and pursue her dream of living in a “big city.” Cheryl graduated from Seattle University with a Bachelor of Criminal Justice (magna cum laude) in 2002 and from the Seattle University School of Law (magna cum laude) in 2009.. Currently, Cheryl represents clients at trial and arbitration in forums around Western Washington. She is passionate about representing the “little guy” against large corporations and insurance companies. She is also committed to increasing the diversity of the legal profession. Cheryl serves on the Board of Directors of the Filipino Lawyers of Washington and the Washington State Association for Justice, where she sits on both the Diversity and the New Member Committees. After working at 6 different law firms and agencies, Abel decided to go into practice for himself.  His practice is primarily dedicated to helping injured people receive the treatment and care they need.  Abel greatly enjoys fighting on their behalf, because each case is an opportunity to help someone who is hurting.  Insurance companies fight hard to take advantage of these injured people - Abel fights harder to ensure that they get what they deserve.. Abel attended the University of Washington where he received a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Law, Societies and Justice.  During his tenure as a UW student, Abel served as a Political Associate for The Borgen Project working towards eliminating global poverty through domestic legislation.  During this time, he also interned with the Washington State House of Representatives.. After graduating from the UW, Abel immediately began his legal education at Mississippi College School of Law.  After completing two-thirds of his legal education in Jackson, MS, Abel moved back to Washington State to attend the University of Washington School of Law.  Abel graduated with honors.. As a person of Ethiopian heritage, Abel performs regular community service with the Ethiopian Community of Seattle.  He also plays the drums for his church in Edmonds, WA..
