Kevin Earl Lawless was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, where he graduated in 2007 Summa Cum Laude from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a double minor in Sociology and Psychology.. Mr. Lawless graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2011 where he received his Juris Doctorate. Through his tenure with the San Diego based firm, Mr. Lawless appeared in courts throughout the State of California, including the counties of San Diego, Imperial, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Oakland, and El Dorado.. In September 2015 Mr. Lawless joined the Childers team bringing to the firm his valuable courtroom and civil experience. Mr. Lawless’ focus is on defending felony and misdemeanor cases, family law, personal injury, and business law matters.
