I am currently a Partner at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. where I deal with auto and premises liability cases.  My last position was at GEICO Staff Counsel, where I practiced in No-Fault arbitrations and insurance defense litigation since July of 2009.  As a senior attorney, I handled all personal injury suits from start to finish, achieving an undefeated trial record.  In giving back to my community, I volunteer my time as a member of my condomiinum board and am an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, New Jersey Asian Pacific American Lawyers Assocation and the National Asian Pacific Bar Assocation.  I also served as a member of the Montclair Zoning Board from January 2012 through December 2014 where I heard variance applications and deliberated on either approving or denying said applications.  In my spare time, I enjoy snowboarding, travel, and a round of golf when the weather permits.

I am a resident of Hoboken, New Jersey, and an associate at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C.  I concentrate  my practice in the area of trial litigation. I am originally from Marlboro, New Jersey and graduated Cum Laude from New York University, with a major in Sociology and a minor in Law and Society.. I subsequently attended Rutgers School of Law Newark where I earned a Juris Doctorate. During law school, I tutored first year law students in both Torts and Civil Procedure. I am admitted to practice before the state courts of New Jersey and New York, as well as the New Jersey Federal District Courts.. I am a member of the litigation team and concentrate my practice in personal injury litigation; including auto accidents and premises accidents of all natures.. I am an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and am currently Chairman of the Young Lawyers Division. I am also a member of the New Jersey, New York and American Bar Associations.. On a personal note, I love to play and watch sports of all kinds.  I've been a loyal Knicks fan, even over the past seven years.  It makes it easier because the Yankees and Giants have done so much winning!  I practice Mixed Martial Arts and have been studying Krav Maga (Israeli hand-to-hand combat) for the past four years.. The reason I love to fight insurance companies:  "The bottom line is that insurance companies make money when they don't pay claims," said Mary Beth Senkewicz, who resigned as a senior executive at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Aside from being passionate about my work, I enjoy skiing, boating, music and playing my guitars.  I am black belt in Shotokan Karate.  I have been a season ticket  holder for the NY JETS since 1992 and still am waiting to see them again play in the Superbowl.
