He has routinely advised individuals and companies on voluntary disclosures and enforcement cases involving export controls and financial sanctions. As a corporate and transactional attorney, clients rely on Andrew for guidance in all phases of the life cycle of a company from start-up to exit. He also advises health care practitioners and companies on these same issues as well as Stark Law, Anti-Kickback and other laws and regulations applicable to the medical industry. Andrew is a graduate of Columbia University and the New York University Law School. He is admitted to practice in Alaska, Colorado and New York. Before moving to Colorado, Andrew was a corporate associate at the law firm of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom in New York City.
