I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, but moved to New Jersey to be with my husband and his family, where we work together at Norgaard O'Boyle. (I work with my husband, mother-in-law, father-in-law, and two brothers-in-law, and it is such a blessing to be able to work with family!) He is also a member of the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York as well as the District of New Jersey and the Third Circuit. Mr. Hartstein is a lifelong resident of Bergen County. He has been practicing in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey for thirty years and is primarily engaged in litigation with a strong emphasis on family law.
