I was born in Seattle, Washington. Due to my father’s employment with the United Nations, I grew up living and traveling throughout Africa and Latin America. I earned my undergraduate and graduate degree from the American University in Washington, D.C. where I studied international human rights. I earned my Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law in 2013. During law school, I worked for the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in Costa Rica as a law clerk, Columbia Legal Services as a farmworker advocate, and for the American Civil Liberties Union. During my free time, I enjoy photography, traveling, exploring the outdoors, fitness, cooking, and good wine. Growing up a witness to extreme poverty and civil war, I have an enormous passion for social justice and civil rights. I look forward to serving and empowering the Latino community in the Seattle area and beyond.

I greatly enjoy and cultivate a general business and personal injury practice, with long term client relationships going back to 1979, when I relocated from New York City to Seattle (where I am a native).  I purposefully maintain a small law firm practice, with an emphasis on providing excellent service, so that we can hopefully continue a mutually profitable relationship in the future.

I am of counsel at the law firm of Frey Buck, P.S.  I have a widely varied general litigation practice, with emphasis on property/title disputes, defense of governmental agencies and officers for allegations of police misconduct and civil rights violations and in inquest proceedings following officer-involved fatalities. I was very involved in the Puget Sound Special Investigators Association (P.S.S.I.) and obtained my Fraud Claims Law Specialist designation, eventually leading to law school. I was born and raised in Minnesota and migrated to the Pacific Northwest after graduating from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a degree in Criminology.My passion is traveling as often as possible, with the goal of a new country every year. Although a novice, I love to photograph my travels. I previously served on my church advisory council and have been involved in women's and youth ministries, participating as a leader on missions to a Jamaican school for the deaf; to San Luis Potosi, Mexico with an inner-city ministry team; and Biloxi, Mississippi to assist with hurricane relief efforts.

Anne Bremner is a graduate of Stanford University (B.A. with honors, 1980) and University of Puget Sound School of Law (J.D., 1982) (accelerated program) (Moot Court Honor Board).. Among other professional activities, Anne Bremner is a member of the American, Washington State, and Seattle-King County Bar Associations, and is past Membership Chair and Trustee for the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Association as well as the King County Councils of Law.  Ms. Bremner is a local and national faculty member for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy through the University of Notre Dame Law School since 1988.. Anne Bremner is the former Director of Media and Public Relations for Washington Women Lawyers.  She is a graduate of the National College of District Attorneys and the Jerry Spence Western Trial Advocacy College, Laramie, Wyoming.  She was a semi-finalist to be the United States Attorney for the Western District of Washington.  Ms. Bremner is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers (the top 1% of trial lawyers in North America) and was chosen to deliver the Inductee Response nationally in March, 2003.  In 2008 Ms. Bremner was inducted as a fellow the prestigious International Academy of Trial Lawyers.  Academy membership, limited to 500 Fellows from the U.S., is by invitation only.  A comprehensive screening process identifies the most distinguished members of the trial bar by means of both peer and their trial courts' judicial review.  Ms. Bremner, the only female lawyer from Washington State to be inducted, is one of only 14 Washington Lawyers to be honored with fellowship.
