Since January, 2013, Flint has been helping his clients navigate the frightening and complex experience of CPS investigations, dependency litigation, and cases where the State tried to terminate the parent-child relationship. Flint has handled hundreds of cases and dozens of trials. Flint's experience has included the most serious matters, from allegations of substance use issues, to physical and sexual abuse, and even cases involving death.. In 2022, Flint and Amanda Ullrich formed their own firm, Stebbins Ullrich, LLP, to continue and expand the scope of our effort to protect parents and families from the traumatic experience of CPS investigations, child separation, State overreach, and the fear and stress of being accused of abuse or neglect or your children.. Flint's background consists of a Bachelor's degree in Biology with high honors. He then went to graduate school where he studied molecular development in the fruit fly, the molecular structure and operation of the Acetylcholine neurotransmitter receptor, and infectious diseases including Hantavirus and West Nile Virus. There, he also taught laboratory sections in Basic Biology and Mammalian Physiology.. Flint subsequently went to Chapman University School of Law where he served on the Student Bar Association, received multiple awards, and was a staff editor on the legal journal Nexus. Flint worked for several years in the Snohomish County Superior Court including two and a half years as the law clerk to the Honorable David A. Kurtz.
