The Law Offices of Robert E. O’Connor, P.C., was established in 1996. Attorney O’Connor grew up in Delaware County having graduated from the last class of Nether Providence High School in 1983. Following graduation, he received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Millersville University in 1988. In 1996, Attorney O’Connor graduated from Widener University with both his Masters Degree in Business Administration and his Juris Doctor Degree.
