I graduated law school in 2015 from the City University of the New York School of Law and began my legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. In this fast-paced and high-stress environment, I honed my trial court skills while helping crime victims achieve justice in the courtroom.. After moving to Arkansas, I continued my representation of crime victims while working at Legal Aid of Arkansas where I worked with victims of domestic violence and human trafficking, and brought those skills into private practice at Bogart Small & Associates before joining Leslie Copeland Law & Mediation in Fayetteville.. I love living and practicing law in Northwest Arkansas. When I’m not in the courtroom, I’m usually out hiking in the Ozarks, biking around Fayetteville, and exploring all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer.. Doug Gramling grew up in Northwest Arkansas. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Economics at Culver Stockton College, a small private school near Hannibal, Missouri, then returned to Northwest Arkansas to obtain his Juris Doctor at the University of Arkansas Law School.
