I was born in Jamaica and moved to the United States when I was 8 years old.  I lived in south Florida, until moving to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University.  I received my Bachelor's degree in Finance and Multinational Business in 1993 and went on to attend the College of Law at FSU, where I received my Juris Doctor cum laude in 1995.  Following law school I worked for the Florida Department of Revenue as a Revenue Specialist and then the Florida Department of Insurance as an Insurance Examiner and an Asset Recovery Specialist.  I then moved to the Fort Myers area in 2000 and worked for The North Law Firm, PA as an attorney until 2010, when I opened my open practice.. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 19 years and have 2 beautiful children, the first of which, I'm proud to say will be following in his parents' footsteps and attending Florida State University.  My daughter is still in high school and is an AP and honors student and couldn't have 2 prouder parents.

David Lampley is a Southwest Florida native. Prior to attending law school at Barry University, he attended Bishop Verot High School and Dunbar Middle School in Fort Myers.. Prior to embarking on his legal career, David worked as an athletic trainer. His training career included being the head trainer for multiple teams who earned births in the NCAA playoffs, as well as an assistant trainer for the Carolina Panthers of the NFL.. Looking to change careers and move closer to his Lee County roots, Mr. Lampley decided to attend law school at Barry University. While in law school he competed on the Moot Court Honor Board, with trips to compete in both the National Sports Law and National Tax Law competitions. Successes at these competitions included advancing in the oral argument portions as well as receiving an award for runner-up best brief.. David's legal career began with the representation of foster children against a system that too often looked the other way or ignored them completely. Looking to return to Southwest Florida, David joined the Dellutri Law Group to continue to represent those who are facing difficulties caused by the large companies who are often looking the other way or ignoring the realities of the individuals rights and economic circumstances.
