I received my Bachelor's degree in Finance and Multinational Business in 1993 and went on to attend the College of Law at FSU, where I received my Juris Doctor cum laude in 1995. Following law school I worked for the Florida Department of Revenue as a Revenue Specialist and then the Florida Department of Insurance as an Insurance Examiner and an Asset Recovery Specialist. I then moved to the Fort Myers area in 2000 and worked for The North Law Firm, PA as an attorney until 2010, when I opened my open practice.. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 19 years and have 2 beautiful children, the first of which, I'm proud to say will be following in his parents' footsteps and attending Florida State University. My daughter is still in high school and is an AP and honors student and couldn't have 2 prouder parents.
